We only use the details you share with us by phone, WhatsApp or email (such as your name, number and measurements) to stitch your order and contact you about it. We do not sell or share your details with anyone. This website does not store form submissions or use marketing tracking.
Every outfit is custom-stitched to your measurements, so advance payments are generally not refundable once cutting has begun. If there is a fitting issue caused by us, we will alter the garment free of charge. Please check your order at pickup and tell us about any concern within 3 days.
Delivery dates are confirmed when you place your order and may change for heavy handwork or festive season rush. Fabric supplied by the customer is handled with care, but we are not responsible for shrinkage or colour bleeding of the fabric itself.
